OK,,!! a modification to my first "rant" and another invention to follow>>!!

ok;; so i cut the end that goes into the ear to where it flanges;; then glued a (Ressessed "Bumper" part no. rec 2062H Height 1/4" diameter 3/8" by russell industries, inc ,, 3000 Lawson Blvd..,,New York,, New York..) to the end of the "heat shrink tube that's attached to the end of the ear shaft..
are you following me..??

these resessed Bumpers are VERY comfortable and builds up the bass IMO..!! probably seals the ear piece "air tight"..!!

so;; now i can't tell which is which;; the original ,, or the one i made..
----

unfortunately,, i don't give up;; i make/invented a new one..::!!

i too a pair of Panasonic cheap $10.00 ear buds with that freekin piece of plastec that goes over and around the ear;; that alwayzz falls off..
soo,, i broke that stupid plastec ear holder OFF;; *in a rage*..!!

i bought some "Pigtail Connectors" (22-12 AWG by:: GB - "Gardner Bender" company;; i guess #20-090..!!

i cut the smaller end to open the shaft;; and kpet the copper cylendar inside in tact.. (it will resonate)..!!

Then i got some "Big Azz "heat shrink" to go over the original ear piece and the pigtail connector;; thus forming a bass cavity;; and a shaft to the ear,,..\\
cause it was a little rought where i cut the end of the shaft;; i glues one of the recessed Bumpers at the end;; that fits nicely into the ear..

now i have this one sounding as good as the upper one..
oh,, i took a cheaper set of headphones from a yamaha toy organ ;; and broke off the ear pieces;; and DUCT TAPED my new ear buds to the metal head piece that goes over the head..

i will do "cosmetic surgury" tomorrow;; but IT SOUNDS freekin great..!!!!

i think the trick is rubber/a cavity to build up the bass and heat shrink which has the quality to almost end up as hard plastic /molded to surfaces;;
they should make "bullet prooff vest from this stuff (heat shrink)..!!

i know i am forgetting something here but;; ask questions..
this is so muck FUN;; that i may give up my day job to make/invent more..!!
oh,, i don't have a day job..!! lol

question::
it seems that my little inventions build up the bass an awefull lot;; maybe too much.. should i put vents in somewherezz..

i have to plead ignorance;; and put in a "disclaimer" that i am not responsible for punctured ear drums;; and loss of hearing..!1

youzz do my thingy'zz on your own and forget i eva said these things.. !!

i think some vents in the back will help a little...like poke a hole or two with a hot needle, or equivalent...

its great that ur modding headphones and shite...can u PLEAAASEE!!!! get some pics!!

anywho..i think mayb ur next experiment should be on whether that plastic sheeting that covers the coil in an earbud are good for it, or bad for it?

heh otherwise, mayb some people can help u type out a good step-by-step process..

why don't the whole T-board steal/use my discovery;; cause like the song "Car Wash" says;; "I don't eva wanna be rich;; la la la la la.... it's like being a bi*ch..!!
all my life i have invented things in my head and on papa;; and actual mass-ness;; and then someone re-invented it/them and made millions..
i have no regretzz;; cause as much as i am concerned;; i am the richer/happier..
just like when i played bands;; i could have been bettah;; and made it biggah;; but why;; (just to make OTHER ppl richer)..!!??!!

so i give my rights etc to youzz;; one of youzz or all of youzz can steal it..wheel it;; real it;; and be-le it.. ????

So much for the patent.

From what I've heard, actually obtaining a patent is a real tough thing to pull off.
